Would you like to take part in the 1st National UK NADA sanctioned Dodgeball Competition?

If so then fill out this Entry Form and send this with the £20 entry fee to the address below

You will be sent a copy of a training DVD so you can get up to speed on the Rules

The event will be held at Hearing Dogs Centre and is sanctioned by the National Amateur Dodgeball Association

The Event will be held on the 4th June 2006 @ 12:00

There will be 16 teams split into 4 groups of 4 and the top 2 go through to the knock out stage
