If so then fill out this Entry Form and send this with the £33 entry fee (£3 deposit for the rule book, refundable once returned at the event) to the address below

You will be sent a rule book, which needs to be returned at the event and a copy of a training DVD so you can get up to speed on the Rules

The event will be held at Wycombe Sports Centre and is sanctioned by the National Amateur Dodgeball Association

The Event will be held on the 29th July 2006 @ 14:00

There will be 16 teams split into 4 groups of 4 and the top 2 go through to the knock out stage
